Returns
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and received, provided that:
• The product matches the description displayed on our website.
• The product is free from defects or damage.
• The correct item has been delivered as ordered.
Once an order has been received, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We may offer a replacement or appropriate resolution only in the following circumstances:
• The product arrived damaged during shipping.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a clear manufacturing defect upon arrival.
To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the packaging (if applicable)
• A description of the issue
Claim Review
Each claim is reviewed individually by our customer support team. If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement product or another suitable resolution at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
